Established in 2018, PrimeBridge prides itself on assisting midsize corporate clients and investment firms with the best possible services in accounting, financial consultancy, tax compliance, and corporate secretarial services. Our client portfolio stretches from internationally organized real estate investment firms, active trading companies, international finance-, and holding structures to Dutch and foreign investment funds.
Ben – founder and CEO
I am the founder and managing director of PrimeBridge Netherlands and PrimeBridge Global. My experience in the corporate services industry started back in 1997. I joined ABNAMRO at that time and later moved on to TMF in the Netherlands. I found that the larger service providers were becoming more and more internally oriented. Often at the cost of their clients. This had to be done differently, so I founded PrimeBridge in 2018. My experience and network allowed us to offer services to our international clients that can easily compete with (dare I say: surpass) the sizeable corporate service providers. Starting PrimeBridge is the best decision I have ever made, and I am forever grateful to all who made this possible.
I love good wine, good food, Athlean-X fitness training, long-distance running (marathons), and long-distance cycling. I aim not to combine these in one day.

Stephan – Head of Accounting & Tax
Hello, my name is Stephan de Cristofaro.
I have worked for 15 years with TMF (world leader in the financial services sector) as an accountant and team manager. In all these years, I came across people, businesses, markets, and different needs.
My most significant strength is adaptiveness to all kinds of situations and circumstances to meet the client’s needs. Since 2020 I have decided to join forces with PrimeBridge. Building ‘bridges’ towards our clients to overcome distances of all kinds is why this was a great step in my career.
I have Italian origins, so I love Italian food, Italian football but mostly playing with my two little kids. I like to play football myself, mainly for social reasons!
