The Netherlands has two main company taxes for which you need to prepare returns:

• VAT
• Corporate income tax (CIT)

In addition there could be specific taxes depending on the situation: e.g. withholding taxes or wage taxes

We gladly take the preparation and filing burden from you.  We ensure that your company stays compliant from a tax perspective. We prepare your VAT returns, based on either your data. Or ours, if we do your accounting. On an annual basis, we take care of your company’s CIT return.
